1. SALES MANAGER (CORPORATE ROOMS)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible in managing a team of sales person

Requirements

Generate and target new Accounts.
Able to achieve sales target.
Build strong business relationships with existing corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow-ups.
‘O’/Diploma Level with at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
Work well under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.

2. DRIVER

Responsibilities

Provide shutttle services to hotel guests. Provide midnight transport service to hotel staff.

Requirements

Able to converse English..
Good interpersonal skills.
Possess of provisional license is an added advantage
Those who do not possess relevant license will be given a chance to obtain license.


3. DUTY MANAGER

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the incumbent will be responsible in managing a team of guest service officers and attending to any guest complaints.

Requirements

‘O’/Diploma Level with at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
Vigilant and stay alert at all times.
Work well under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of foreign language is an added advantage.


4. GUEST SERVICE OFFICERS

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the incumbent will be station in the front counter, providing guest services and assist in any enquires from the guests.

Requirements

‘O’ Level/ITC/Diploma with at least 1 years experience preferred.
Good customer services and interpersonal skill
Able to converse in English
Knowledge of foreign language is a plus point
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply


5. CONCIERGE

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the incumbent will be responsible in managing a team of bellman.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
Physically Fit.
Good interpersonal sklls.
Pleasant.


6. ASSISTANT CONCIERGE

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Concierge, the incumbent will be responsible in managing a team of bellman.

Requirements

At least 1 years experience in a similar capacity.
Physically Fit.
Good interpersonal sklls.
Pleasant.


7. BELLMAN

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Concierge, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and enquiry.

Requirements

Physically Fit
Pleasant.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.


8. RESTAURANT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Reporting to the F&B Manager, the incumbent will be responsible in managing a team of service crew and attending to any guest complaints.

Requirements

Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in similar position
Must possess good communication skill, strong leadership and well organised
Possess multi outlet experience
Possess the capacity to learn and grow in this position
Experienced in managing food, beverage and labour cost
Those currently in the Supervisory or Assistant Manager will be considered


9. CAPTAIN

Responsibilities

Reporting to the F & B Manager, the incumbent will be responsible in supervising a team of servers and ensuring that the ballrooms are properly setup.

Requirements

At least 1 years experience in a similar capacity.
Able to converse English and Mandarin.
Work well with pressure.
Guest service oriented.


10. SERVER

Responsibilities

Reporting to the F & B Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible in setting up tables and serving food for the guests.

Requirements

‘N’/‘O’ Level with at least 1 years experience in a similar capacity.
Able to converse English.
Work well with pressure.
Guest service oriented.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.


11. CHIEF STEWARD

Responsibilities

Reporting to the F & B Manager, the incumbent will be responsible in managing a team of kitchen steward and ensuring the maintenance of kitchen equipment.


12. CHEF DE PARTIE

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Chef, the incumbent will be responsible in food preparation and maintenance of the kitchen areas.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience preferred.
Knowledge of Western and local cuisine.
Neat and tidy.


13. COOK

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Chef, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing food and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area.

Requirements

At least 1 years experience preferred.
Willing to learn.
Neat and tidy.
